Villa Boutique Tenerife is a real Bed and Breakfast. It’s like a small boutique hotel in terms of luxury but with a domestic atmosphere. Manu and Sneji are your hosts and will do everything to make it 100% to your wishes. Each Suite, double Suite, flat or 3 bedroom villa has a TV, fridge or mini bar ( 2€ per drink), an access point for super fast internal, hairdryer, safe, home automation for the lights, …
Check in is from 15h00 to 22h00. On arrival you will be given a bracelet which will be activated after payment. To open the outside door, hold the bracelet against No. 5, right next to the doorbell.
Check out from 06h00 to 10h00. Please respect the hours.
We need time to clean up and disinfect your accommodation to be in line with the COVID regulations. You are obliged to return your bracelet. In case of loss or not returned bracelet, we will charge 50€ per piece.
Cancellation of your reservation is possible up to 30 days in advance of your check-in date, after this date the whole amount will be charged.
We ask our guest to respect the night’s rest of the other inhabitants and our neighbours. That is why we ask to not make any noise after 22h00.
We have a bluetooth system on which you can play music. You can choose your music on Spotify or Youtube. Bringing and using your own speakers is not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed outside, NEVER inside. Please also be mindful not to throw your cigarettes into the grass.
You can enjoy the pool and jacuzzi from 8h00 to 22h00 after a nice shower. The white and blue towels are intended for usage at the pool and jacuzzi.
Water is freely available to you all day. For other drinks, we work with an Honesty Bar, which means you have to write down whatever you consumate. We have full confidence that you will do this honestly. Misusing this system is considered theft. Bringing your own drinks is not allowed.
Our catering service provides the food in general. However, if you rent out the private villa, we will cook for you ourselves. We do a BBQ, an Italian Buffet, a Pool Party, Tasting Menus, Tapas Nights, … These will be discussed and confirmed in advance.
Would you like to do an activity or excursion? That is perfectly possible! You can book them through us in advance to ensure your place.
There are several possibilities:
Breakfast is from 9h00 to 10h00 and takes place on the upper terrace overlooking the sea and mountains.
Parking is possible in the Avendia de Adeje 300. We kindly ask you not to use the parking spaces at the end of the street. These are reserved for the neighbours.
If you want us to change the towels, please put them in the shower. We ask you this to help us protect nature.
